The Library Citizens' Advisory Committee (LCAC) serves as a vital link between the community and library leadership, offering resident perspectives to help shape library policy, strategic planning, and services, ensuring the library meets local needs, promotes intellectual freedom, reviews challenged materials, and advocates for funding and resources.
